Lots of construction is underway at the Katy Depot! This stately property was built in 1911 and was a grand passenger station and freight depot that welcomed US presidents, celebrities and other dignitaries. The property is the anchor property of a resurging, historic, artsy downtown and will be restored to its former glory and become a destination for anyone visiting Denison. This project will restore the facility to its original grandeur, but with a modern touch.
