Special Events and Corporate Events
As a long-standing tradition the Katy Depot rotunda has been a singular spot for significant events. Book for your corporate work events, community celebration or special occasion.
Boutiques, restaurants, offices, and more
Our building is filled with passionate and talented people. Dine-in at Parish or enjoy a coffee at Revolution Coffee. Visit our wedding or fashion boutiques at LeAnn's bridal and Ella Jae's, or get pampered at our salon. In addition, we are home to skilled photographers and artists.
As the first floor of the Katy Depot fills with unique shops and distinctive offices, the second and a portion of the third floor will be converted to lofts. Ranging in size from 600 square feet to 1200 square feet, there will be a variety of floor plans all with a modern feel while maintaining the historic features of the building.
A shared workspace will be built on the top floor of the depot offering private offices available for rent along with common spaces and conference rooms. We will offer multi-functional spaces that will inspire your team and your guests.

Marie MurphyGoogleBeautiful! This was an event to celebrate the Katy Railroad. They put a lot of thought into the decor and ambience. Great experience!
Cheyanne WellsGoogleWe had our wedding here in November, and everything was perfect. Audrey is amazing, and the depot and park are beautiful. I can't recommend it more!!
Lucas FreerGoogleVery beautiful venue, and there are many new interesting stores popping up in it. Definitely worth a visit (or 2 😉) if you're in Denison
Roxann GriffithGoogleLoved visiting this historic site. Very interesting to read about the history of the railroads and actually being able to see one in person was amazing. A definite walk through history and well worth the trip.
Rebecca EdwardsGoogleIt was beautiful. I went to help set up to cater Mo's Grill at at wedding there and the people were getting married and it was nice inside.
